THE EXCHANGE RATE
To keep things fair and transparent, I use a simple Value-for-Value logic. We agree on the swap based on one of two methods:
HOUR FOR HOUR
If my kit takes 10 hours to build, I look for a service that takes you ~10 hours to provide.
POUND FOR POUND
If my service is valued at £250, I look for a service swap with a similar commercial price tag.

How do we ensure it's a fair trade?
We use the "Value/Hours" guide on my kits. We'll agree on the deliverables upfront so both parties feel like they’re winning.
I'm not in the West Midlands?
Absolutely no problem! All kits except the "Filming Days" are 100% remote. I've swapped with honeys all over the UK.
What if one person finishes first?
It's common! We agree on deadlines during our Vibe Check. As long as the agreement is signed, we trust the bloom process to complete as planned.
