Returns & Refund Policy

At The House of Honey, we strive for excellence across our entire ecosystem of brands. Because our offerings range from physical goods to experiential events and professional services, our refund policies are tailored to each specific branch of The House of Honey.


1. General Provisions (The House of Honey)

For any physical merchandise purchased directly through The House of Honey:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days to your original method of payment.

2. Honey Sundays (Events)

Our events are curated experiences with limited capacity.

  • Ticket Sales: All ticket sales for Honey Sundays events are final.

  • Cancellations: In the event that The House of Honey must cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future date.

  • Transferability: While tickets are non-refundable, they are often transferable to another guest. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to update the guest list.

3. The Hive (Service Swaps)

The Hive operates on a community-based exchange of value.

  • Commitment: Once a "Service Swap" is agreed upon and scheduled, both parties are expected to honor the time commitment.

  • Disputes: As these are non-monetary exchanges, "refunds" do not apply. However, if a swap is not completed as agreed, the credited "swap points" or status may be moderated by our team to ensure fairness within the community.

4. Social Sweet (Digital Solutions & Services)

Due to the nature of digital labor and creative services:

  • Service Fees: Fees for social media management, strategy, and content creation are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your service with 30 days' written notice, but no pro-rated refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

  • Project Deposits: Deposits made for one-off projects (e.g., brand audits or setup) are non-refundable as they secure your spot in our production calendar.
