Welcome to The House of Honey. By accessing our website and using our services—including Honey Sundays, The Hive, and Social Sweet—you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of The House of Honey ecosystem.

1. Services & Digital Products

The House of Honey provides digital products (downloads), event tickets, and professional services (social media management and community swaps).

  • Access: Upon purchase of digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

  • No Physical Delivery: As noted in our Shipping Policy, all offerings are digital or service-based. No physical goods will be shipped.

2. Branding & Intellectual Property

All content included on our platforms—such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads—is the property of The House of Honey and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services or branding without express written permission from Laura.

3. Brand-Specific Terms

  • Honey Sundays (Events): Tickets are for the specified date and time only. Attendees must adhere to the house rules of the venue. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behavior is deemed disruptive to the community.

  • The Hive (Service Swaps): Members of The Hive agree to act in good faith. We are not responsible for the quality of services exchanged between third parties, though we facilitate the platform for these connections.

  • Social Sweet (Services): Clients must provide the necessary access and materials required for us to perform services. We are not liable for any loss of account access or changes in third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Instagram or TikTok updates).

4. Payments & Billing

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Cancellations: For retainer-based services under Social Sweet, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing 30 days in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The House of Honey and its brands shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
